Background

Meet Jennie – this small-town girl, staying true to her roots, leads a life filled with love, respect, kindness and gratitude. She was blessed as a competitive athlete growing up, and fitness and love for the outdoors became deeply embedded in her life. In search of warmer weather, the sounds of the ocean, and life in the tropics, Jennie left Pennsylvania 15 years ago to make South Florida her home.

Jennie is focused on her family, including her husband and two awesome dogs (fur-babies), a love for traveling and seeing the world, spending time in nature, a deep respect for animals, and connecting with genuinely positive people. She has had the joy of extensive travel over the years, and has developed a specific love for the tropics – including Florida, Hawai’i, The Bahamas and the Caribbean at large. That experience has helped Jennie develop an expertise for life in the tropics, including the real estate we call home.

As a culmination of a lifetime of experiences, Jennie’s passion is to help advise her buyer clients on not just finding a house, but a place to call “home” – that perfect fit for one’s particular lifestyle. Covering Fort Lauderdale to Coral Gables / Coconut Grove, Jennie has had incredible exposure to the real estate market over the last decade, bringing a unique understanding to each sub-market, and how it could be a fit for the lifestyle preferences of her clients. She takes the time to understand a family’s goals, and presents carefully curated options as a true real estate advisor with your best interests at heart.

When selling a home, Jennie works with passion and thoughtful effort to strategically maximize both the visibility for her client’s property and sales goals. Her clients can expect: a custom marketing program narrowly tailored to every listing; home valuations based on data driven analysis combined with each property’s unique characteristics; utilizing her group’s experience for touchups and other improvements prior to sales launch; and tactical contract negotiations aimed at achieving predetermined objectives.

When not working hard advising her clients, you can catch Jennie running along the beach, lounging in the sand, playing with her pups, or out on the water enjoying all of what South Florida – and life in the tropics – has to offer. Jennie graduated from James Madison University in Virginia. She is proud to be advisor, dog-mom, auntie, daughter, wife and friend to those in her life.
