    • I am currently South Florida based and live between Fort Lauderdale and Coral Gables, having also spent a significant amount of time living in Coconut Grove.   • Hawai’i and The Bahamas
    • I have been blessed with the joy of traveling to Hawai’i for much of my adult life, first when my brother was stationed with the US Marines, and later for regular, extended retreats with my family and friends – it is one of my happy places on Earth. Oahu and Maui are my favorite two islands, where I feel I can bring you the most value by sharing my experiences and insights, but I have a great network of professionals throughout the islands.
    • For many years now, I have had the privilege of traveling to The Bahamas for both short trips and extended stays. I have spent a meaningful amount of time in New Providence (specifically in the west), Harbour Island / North Eleuthera, and The Exumas. There are a number of communities that I have explored for myself as an investment and / or secondary home, and it would be my honor to share my knowledge and experience with you. In The Bahamas it is important to have intimate (and timely) local knowledge, and I have built a great network of locals to help explore real estate opportunities.
