A Different Kind of Paradise

Good evening, Friends,

First and foremost, I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and holiday weekend. It’s my favorite time of year, and I was blessed to enjoy it from my hometown in Pennsylvania with multiple generations of family – and, where it quickly transitioned from Fall to Winter! 🍂 👱‍♀️ 🥶 (That's emoji representative of my actual state.)

I title this week’s newsletter “A Different Kind of Paradise” for a few reasons:

- At the bottom of this newsletter, you’ll find a message of gratitude and what I’m especially thankful for (I call it “Leading with Love”). Paradise isn’t just a place – but also, and more importantly, who you fill that place with.

- As you’ll see in the newest episode of This Week With, I’ve really come to further appreciate where I grew up (both the people and the place) and how that helped shape the person I am today. Some may not call rural Pennsylvania paradise, but it sure is to me. I also was able to connect with the fine folks over at E&V Malvern-Main Line who have a clear command of the market around greater Philadelphia (we'll be running some collaborative features together soon, by the way).

- I recently had an incredible opportunity to collaborate with two amazing E&V professionals representing properties in Kiawah, South Carolina and Sonoma, California – and, holy cow, those are two different kinds of paradise that I’d love to be a part of! (You don’t want to miss checking this out below!)

So, all of this got me deep in thought (uh oh) for this week’s newsletter and blog. And, simply – I ask you – what kind of paradise are you looking for?
