The Power of a Global Network

When selecting where to call my luxury real estate sales business “home,” one of the main attractions to Engel & Völkers was the power of the global brand. Contact me on the currently available offerings, expected to be delivered in 2029, and I’ll be featuring this project in a deep dive soon. If you’re able to wait and plan ahead, this would be a great time to buy early in the project.

Entrepreneur Buys Coral Gables Home Lot for $18M. Another big sale in the City Beautiful! This continues the trend of really strong demand within the ultra-high-end sector in the Gables. See my last Key Takeaways report for more on this (with another update coming out soon).

Erba is a very special and beautifully decorated Italian inspired restaurant in Coral Gables. The dining room is intimate, the food is incredible, the staff is knowledgeable, and it’s a great place for a special night out or business meeting.
