Thicken the Plot.  Every neighborhood has a story, and I wanted to find an informative, valuable, and entertaining way to share unique insights on the stories behind our tropical neighborhoods and the market activity within. Whether as specific as individual plots or as encompassing as entire neighborhood plats, the goal is to help my prospective-clients, clients, and collaborators understand both the art and science behind the luxury tropical real estate we aim to buy or sell, whether for personal or investment purposes. 

 

Foundations. Designed as a sister series to Thicken the Plot (which focuses on SFH neighborhoods), this series is designed to share informative and entertaining deep dives on condominium buildings along with in-depth market analysis.

 

Good Deeds. Focusing on positivity and goodness in our communities, this series will feature transaction highlights, inspiring stories, and constructive thoughts on news that moves the market.

 

On the Rise. Featuring new luxury developments around our tropical markets that are great lifestyle opportunities (and a chance to buy early), I'll share unique insights and updates on projects that are in pre-development, under construction, or just completed. 

 

Values. Taking a look at broader market level insights and trends with a focus on the numbers in executive summary format, this series will focus on monthly and quarterly updates with a bigger picture in mind. Coupled with our deep dives, this will give my clients, prospective-clients, and collaborators both the macro and micro view of the tropical markets we work within.

 

REIMAGINE by TPH.  This series takes a behind-the-scenes view of Jennie's renovations and rebuilds projects, providing our audience intimate insights into both the process and product side of the REIMAGINE business by Tropical Phoenix Homes.
