Good evening, Friends,
Happy Holidays! First and foremost, thank you so much for being part of my journey in 2024. It’s been an incredible year of meeting new friends, working with many of you, joining the Engel & Völkers global luxury network, and pursuing my passions in real estate and life in the tropics. Along the way, I aim to provide exceptional value to my clients and create a positive impact within our local communities – and real estate is an incredible platform to achieve these goals through.
In the final issue of this year, we’re packed with some awesome content. I title this issue “The Win in Winter” because wherever you are, I hope you find your “win” this winter and head into the new year with an extra boost of positivity from your favorite tropical phoenix (I’m guessing you don’t have too many of those, so I’m claiming “favorite”!).

I wrote about this before, but here’s a video I haven’t shared here yet (and it was one of my most viewed and liked posts on Instagram — because, you know, that matters…). It’s a subject I’m very passionate about, as it dictates what we can expect regarding the direction of SFH pricing in South Florida in the near future (which, in turn, affects what we can expect from alternative property types, like condos and townhouses).
